IBA Chicago Gala

The second year of this annual event, the Chicago Gala announces the winners of IBA's Chicago Silver Dome Awards and sees the induction of radio broadcast legend, Pat Hughes, the voice of the Chicago Cubs radio play-by-play for thirty years, into the IBA Hall of Fame.
